Subscription Cancellation Policy

Your Jules & Nini subscription renews automatically at $12 per month until you cancel. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime — no fees, no penalties, no hassle.

How to cancel:

Log in to your subscriber portal at julesandnini.com and cancel directly, use the order management link in your confirmation email, or email hello@julesandnini.com and say "I'd like to cancel." We'll process it within three business days.

What happens when you cancel:

Your subscription stops at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll still receive any chapter you've already paid for. If you cancel before your chapter has shipped for the current month, we'll refund that month in full. If it's already been mailed, that month's charge stands, but no future charges will occur.

Prepaid gift subscriptions:

Prepaid gift subscriptions (3-month, 6-month, 12-month) are non-refundable once the first chapter has shipped to the recipient. If the gift hasn't shipped yet, we'll refund the full amount.

You're always welcome to resubscribe at any time. We'll pick up right where you left off.
